Today marks 32 years since the last Soviet occupier left our country. The last railway transport with Soviet soldiers left our country on June 21, 1991. There were more than 100 thousand soldiers, 40 thousand family members, over 200 tanks and 100 aircraft, 2.5 thousand vehicles in 31 thousand wagons of those who our they invaded us in August 21, 1968, and for twenty-three years occupied us and ruled through a communist puppet government in order to lead Czechoslovakia to complete disruption, disintegration, moral, value and financial bankruptcy. We have now been a free and sovereign country for thirty-two years, which is securely anchored in NATO and politically and economically in the world's largest economy, i.e. the EU. Today should be the most important national holiday in Czech Republic and should be called Freedom Day, because we only regained it with the last Soviet military occupation transport that left our country. Let us defend freedom, human rights and human dignity even with weapons in hand, because without freedom there is neither life nor prosperity, only humiliation, misery and concentration camps. And that nothing has changed in Russia at all is evidenced by its war aggression against Ukraine. We narrowly escaped to ukrainian fate that in 1991. God exists. FB - 21.6.2023 Miroslav Václavek
